We invite you to partner with us in spreading the word. This year, we’re going big on outreach—regionally and beyond.

Suggested promotion timeline:

  • Mid - Late October

    • Mention that you're participating in GTGH in your newsletter & social media.
    • Update your website with the event link: https://giftsthatgivehope.org/giftfair
    • Follow and engage with GTGH on IG & FB: @giftsthatgivehope

  • 1st Week in November

    • Share a post introducing your featured gift(s).
    • Encourage early shoppers to check out the online store.
    • Share behind-the-scenes prep or a spotlight on a story that your gift supports.

  • 2nd Week in November

    • Post a reminder about attending in person.
    • Send an email to supporters inviting them to visit your table.
    • Use a countdown sticker on IG Stories: "20 days until GTGH!"

  • 3rd Week of November

    • Invite supporters to shop with you in person OR online.
    • Re-share GTGH posts on your Story.
    • Share your gift guide or a “What to expect at our booth” post.

  • Event Day

    • Go live, post stories, or share photos from your booth.
    • Thank people for coming + tag GTGH!

  • After Event

    • Post a thank-you and impact update (e.g., “Because of GTGH, we’ll be able to __”).
    • Encourage year-round giving via the online store.
