How does Gifts That Give Hope work?
We partner with nonprofits locally and globally to create a marketplace of charitable gift options. You choose a nonprofit and a gift category (like education, health care, or housing), make a donation, and receive a gift card or printable certificate to present to your recipient.
Can I give gifts year-round or only during the annual event?
While our main gift fair happens once a year, you can make alternative gift purchases through our online marketplace all year long! It's a great way to celebrate birthdays, weddings, holidays, and other special occasions with meaningful gifts.
Will my recipient receive anything in the mail?
You will receive a gift card or printable certificate that you can give to your recipient. This helps explain the impact of the donation made in their honor.
Are my donations tax-deductible?
Yes! Your donation is processed directly through each nonprofit, making your gift tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Receipts are provided after your purchase.
