We’d Need Your Help Promoting GTGH

We invite you to partner with us in spreading the word. This year, we’re going big on outreach—regionally and beyond.

Here's how you can be involved:

  • Organization Assets

We use your organization logos and product images throughout our website for promotion purposes.

    • Upload your logo (high resolution)
    • 3–4 product photos to our folder below.
    • Video showcasing your work or mission

Images that include your logo, branding, or mission messaging are especially helpful.

  • Promotion & Messaging

We’re publishing weekly blog posts leading up to the fair and would love to feature you. Choose one (or more!) ideas to share:

    • Upcoming event — we’ll try to send a GTGH rep!
    • Tour or interview at your location for behind-the-scenes content
    • Pre-written blog post by you or your team that we can re-publish

What GTGH Provides

  • 8-Foot Table Space

Each participating nonprofit will receive one 8-foot table to display materials related to your mission and volunteer opportunities.

Please note: You are responsible for bringing your own tablecloth and table decorations. Access to electricity or internet cannot be guaranteed.

  • Distribution of Donations

GTGH handles all day-of and online donation collection and will issue checks to participating nonprofits by March 15 of the following year.

(This timeline accounts for online sales through December 31 and volunteer accountants working around tax season.)

  • Shopping List & Online Store

Your nonprofit’s designated gift items will be listed on our printed shopping list and included in our year-round online store.

The store is organized by cause, type of gift, and nonprofit.

  • Gift Cards + Inserts + Envelopes

We provide printed gift cards, inserts, and envelopes for every charitable gift purchased—ready for shoppers to give as meaningful presents.

  • Advertising & Promotion

Our marketing team actively promotes the event through various channels. However, your organization’s participation in promotion is essential.

We expect you to treat this as you would any major fundraiser—with full support and awareness across your staff, board, and volunteers.

Participant Agreement

Please thoroughly read the following carefully, and submit your application when finished.

Submit an Online Application

Applications are due by May 1. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

  • A maximum of 35 nonprofits will be selected to ensure a diverse and balanced representation of causes.
  • You will be notified by June 1 about your acceptance status.

Pay the Participation Fee

Upon acceptance, the fee is due by July 1.

You may pay by check (GTGH Lancaster, PO Box 461, Landisville, PA 17538) or online.

Attend the Nonprofit Meeting

A representative from your organization must attend the informational meeting held at the Farm & Home Center.

Breakfast will be provided. You are welcome to bring up to two people from your organization. Details will be sent upon approval.

Advertise and Promote the Gift Fair

All participants are expected to actively promote the event through your available channels:
– Newsletters
– Social media
– Email campaigns
– Word-of-mouth
– Press releases or blog features

We provide a media kit to help support your efforts. Organizations that actively promote the fair consistently see higher donation totals.

Provide a Table Representative and Display Materials

You are responsible for setting up your display and staffing your table for the full duration of the fair (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Your representative should be able to speak knowledgeably about your mission and engage with shoppers throughout the event. Organizations that actively engage with the shoppers consistently see higher donation totals.

If an employee can't attend or be there for the full time, make sure to reach out to:
- Passionate volunteers
- Board Members
- Trusted supporters

Distribute Only Educational and Promotional Materials

Selling tangible goods at your nonprofit table is not permitted. You are welcome to offer:
– Informational handouts
– Branded items (pens, stickers, brochures, etc.)
– Candy or giveaways
– Interactive elements for children (if appropriate)

If you wish to sell products, please apply as a Marketplace Vendor instead.

Agree to Service Fee

GTGH reserves the right to retain up to 10% of the revenue generated through charitable gift purchases to help cover event costs, marketing, and platform fees.
