🛍️ Fair Marketplace Vendor ($50) - Businesses/Social Enterprises/Nonprofits with Products
Participate as a vendor in the in-person fair. This partnership is for organizations, businesses, or social enterprises that will be selling tangible products, food, and/or beverages at the fair.

All options help connect your organization to conscious shoppers who believe in giving back through their holiday purchases.
📋 Info & Community Table ($35) - Nonprofits & community organizations
Participate with an information table at the in-person fair. This partnership is designed for community organizations, giving circles, civic groups, and awareness-building initiatives for sharing information and building community.

All options serve as a connector, raising awareness, inspiring action, and building bridges across efforts focused on human dignity, community connection, and care for our neighbors.




Vendor Agreement
Please thoroughly read the following carefully, and submit your application when finished.
✔ Submit Application: Include a brief description of the tangible goods you'll be offering at the Marketplace.
✔ Pay $50 Space Fee: Due upon acceptance. All confirmed vendors must submit payment by July 1st.
✔ Promote the Fair: We ask every vendor to spread the word through:
- Newsletters
- Social media
- Email blasts
- Word-of-mouth
- Any other relevant channels
📈 There’s a direct link between your promotion and your sales success!
✔ Provide Your Own Sales Team: All vendors are responsible for staffing their booth and managing their own sales transactions. Please be available during the full event: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
