We invite you to partner with us in spreading the word. This year, we’re going big on outreach—regionally and beyond.

Here's how you can be involved:

  • Organization Assets

    We use your organization logos and product images throughout our website for promotion purposes.

    • Upload your logo (PNG)
    • 3–4 product photos to our folder below.
    • Video showcasing your work or mission

    Images that include your logo, branding, or mission messaging are especially helpful.

    We’re publishing weekly blog posts leading up to the fair and would love to feature you. Choose one (or more!) ways to share:

    • Upcoming event — we’ll try to send a GTGH rep!
    • Tour or interview at your location for behind-the-scenes content
    • Pre-written blog post by you or your team that we can re-publish

What GTGH Provides

  • 8-Foot Table Space

    You’ll receive one 8-foot table. (Please bring your own tablecloths, displays, and decor.)

    ⚠️ Note: Access to electricity or internet is not guaranteed.

  • Advertising + Media Exposure

    We’ll promote the fair through:

    • Printed postcards + signage
    • Social media campaigns
    • Press releases
    • Website + blog features

    All vendors will receive a social media toolkit to support your outreach.

Vendor Agreement

Please thoroughly read the following carefully, and submit your application when finished.

Submit Application: Include a brief description of the tangible goods you'll be offering at the Marketplace.

Pay $50 Space Fee: Due upon acceptance. All confirmed vendors must submit payment by July 1, 2025.

Promote the Fair: We ask every vendor to spread the word through:

  • Newsletters
  • Social media
  • Email blasts
  • Word-of-mouth
  • Any other relevant channels

✔ Provide Your Own Sales Team: All vendors are responsible for staffing their booth and managing their own sales transactions. Please be available during the full event: 11 AM – 3 PM
