To provide free to veterans and their family members who are experiencing readjustment problems a way to more fully understand and clarify their issues through the process of creative/expressive/journal writing based on the principal that one cannot manage what one does not fully understand. Effective self-management establishes a baseline from which individuals can build fulfilling relationships with others.
