First in Gardens

First In Gardens (FIG) is a community where First Responders and Veterans can thrive. Guided by care-farming (green-care) practices, we use gardening as a pathway to healing and growth. Side by side in the soil, participants build physical strength, focus, emotional balance, and social connection. We grow food and resilience. Together, we tend life.
