It is designed for community organizations, giving circles, civic groups, and awareness-building initiatives that want to share their work, highlight a specific issue, or host a time-sensitive collection or fundraising effort (such as disaster relief, food drives, or community care initiatives).
Gifts That Give Hope serves as a connector, helping raise awareness, inspire action, and build bridges across efforts focused on human dignity, community connection, and care for our neighbors in Lancaster County and beyond.

🛍️ Fair Marketplace Vendor ($50) - Businesses/Social Enterprises/Nonprofits with Products
Participate as a vendor in the in-person fair. This partnership is for organizations, businesses, or social enterprises that will be selling tangible products, food, and/or beverages at the fair.

📋 Info & Community Table ($35) - Nonprofits & community organizations
Participate with an information table at the in-person fair. This partnership is designed for community organizations, giving circles, civic groups, and awareness-building initiatives for sharing information and building community.

Participation Agreement
Please thoroughly read the following carefully, and submit your application when finished.
✔ Submit Application: Include a brief description of the tangible goods you'll be offering at the Marketplace.
✔ Pay $35 Space Fee: Due upon acceptance. All confirmed vendors must submit payment by July 1st.
✔ Promote the Fair: We ask every vendor to spread the word through:
- Newsletters
- Social media
- Email blasts
- Word-of-mouth
- Any other relevant channels
📈 There’s a direct link between your promotion and your sales success!
✔ Provide Your Own Team: All vendors are responsible for staffing their booth during the full event: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
