Healthy Steps Diaper Bank Celebrates 10 Years!!! Since 2013, Healthy Steps Diaper Bank has worked tirelessly to provide diapers to local families who can't afford enough for their children. Along the way, with supporters like you, we've made an enormous impact on the lives of families, babies, and caregivers throughout South Central PA. To the baby suffering from chronic diaper rashes and sleepless nights. To the mother trying to go to work but doesn't have enough diapers for daycare. To the dad making the impossible decision between filling up the car or buying a box of diapers.
